Terms & Conditions, The Integral Space

1) Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets, sessions, workshops, classes, venue rentals and events hosted by The Integral Space (TIS) and collaborations (e.g., Nirguna Arts), unless a partner/ticketing platform states otherwise.
2) Eligibility & Conduct

You confirm you are 18+ (or accompanied by a guardian where allowed).

Arrive on time and follow facilitator/venue guidance.

TIS may refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if safety, sobriety, or community guidelines are compromised. Fees in such cases are non-refundable.
3) Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Activities at TIS are wellness/educational in nature and not medical treatment or diagnosis.

Participate at your discretion; consult your physician where relevant.

Inform the facilitator of any accessibility needs or recent injuries before starting.
4) Tickets, Pricing & Payments

Prices may change without notice until payment is completed.

GST and gateway/platform fees may apply.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation email/SMS.
5) Photography, Recording & IP
-
TIS may capture photos/videos for documentation and promotion; notify the front desk if you prefer not to be featured.

Class/workshop content and materials are the intellectual property of TIS/facilitators and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6) Venue Rules

Respect the space and other participants.
-
No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances on premises.

Keep phones on silent; photography only with consent.
7) Third-Party Platforms
-
Bookings made via partners (e.g., BookMyShow/Insider/Acuity) are also subject to the platform’s terms. Where there is a conflict, platform terms prevail for that transaction.
8) Cancellation & Refund (Attendees)

Full refund if you cancel ≥ 7 days before the scheduled start time.

Within 7 days: refunds are not available. Where possible, we may offer:

One reschedule to a future date (same facilitator/series, subject to availability), or
-
A credit voucher valid for 90 days.

No-shows/late arrivals: non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule/credit.
How to cancel: Email hello@theintegralspace.com with name, booking ID, event/session, date & time.
9) Reschedules/Transfers

If TIS reschedules, your booking moves to the new date automatically. If you cannot attend, request a full refund within 72 hours of notice.

You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before the event by emailing their full name & mobile.
10) Cancellations by TIS

If TIS cancels, choose a full refund or a credit voucher (valid 180 days).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Gateway/platform convenience fees may be non-refundable.
11) Venue Rentals (Hosts/Facilitators)

Deposit/advance: refundable if cancelled ≥ 7 days before the rental start; non-refundable within 7 days.

One complimentary date change if requested ≥ 72 hours prior; additional changes may incur charges.
12) Force Majeure
Events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, government orders, public health advisories) may require postponement or cancellation. In such cases, TIS will reschedule or issue credit/refund as reasonable.
13) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIS, its facilitators and partners are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Participation is voluntary and at your discretion.
14) Privacy & Communications
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and may contact you about your booking and related updates. You can opt out of marketing communications anytime.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
