Cancellation & Refund Policy, The Integral Space

Scope

This policy applies to all tickets, sessions, workshops, classes, venue rentals and events hosted by The Integral Space (TIS), including collaborations (e.g., Nirguna Arts), unless a partner/ticketing platform states otherwise.

1) Cancellations by Attendees

  • Full refund if you cancel ≥ 7 days before the start time of your event/session.

  • Within 7 days: refunds are not available. Where possible, we’ll offer:

    • One reschedule to a future date (same facilitator/event series, subject to availability) or

    • A credit voucher valid for 90 days.

  • No-shows / Late arrivals: non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule or credit.

How to cancel: Email hello@theintegralspace.com (or reply to your booking confirmation) with your name, booking ID, event/session name, date & time.

2) Transfers

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before the event/session.

  • Share the new attendee’s full name and contact number via email.

3) Cancellations or Changes by TIS

  • If TIS cancels an event/session, you may choose a full refund or a credit voucher (valid 180 days).

  • If TIS reschedules, your booking is automatically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, request a full refund within 72 hours of the reschedule notice.

4) Venue Rentals (Hosts/Facilitators)

  • Deposit/advance payments follow the same window: full refund ≥ 7 days; non-refundable within 7 days of the rental start time.

  • Date changes: one complimentary reschedule if requested ≥ 72 hours prior; thereafter standard charges may apply.

5) Third-Party Ticketing

  • Bookings made via partners (e.g., BookMyShow, Insider) are also subject to the platform’s refund rules. Where platform policy conflicts with ours, the platform policy prevails.

6) Processing & Fees

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Convenience/processing fees charged by payment gateways or third-party platforms may be non-refundable.

7) Special Circumstances

  • Force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government orders, public health advisories): TIS may reschedule or offer credit.

  • Safety & eligibility: TIS reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if safety, conduct, or policy compliance is at risk; such cases are non-refundable.
