Art Therapy at The Integral Space is a creative and therapeutic Art Experience using water colours on a wet paper. It provides a non-verbal, intuitive way to explore emotions, release stress, and connect with the deeper self. The process of painting opens doors to self-discovery and emotional wellbeing, and perhaps also finds the artist in you! At our safe and supportive healing space in Mumbai, individuals paint in a group and explore colours to find balance, reduce anxiety, and transform inner struggles into creative expression. The process is the medicine that brings harmony in the mind, body and soul. I have back & neck pain and osteoporosis. my posture was a issue. In the very first few session I got the results - Pains reduced - Posture has improved - Sleep has improved.
